Professional Experience
Philip has worked on a variety of project types and scales. They have ranged from multi-million dollar educational facilities down to the small, but none the less challenging and important, renovation projects. Philip has extensive experience in all aspects of architectural practice. In addition, he is fully computer literate, using AutoCad almost daily since 1986. The combination of his architectural training, technical background and unparalleled understanding of the strength of computers gives our firm the capability of providing a wide range of services to meet all of our Client’s needs.

Through his liaisons with engineers, contractors and government agencies, Andy has developed a strong aptitude in working together with people. He has worked on a variety of projects in various capacities – from design and drafting to contract administration. He always brings the best technical, creative and aesthetic solutions to every project he is involved in.
Andy strongly believes in promoting “Green Buildings” and in 2007 passed his examinations to become a LEED Accredited Professional.
Andy has a vast knowledge of The Ontario Building Code. From 1994-1996, Andy worked as a Plans Examiner for the
Corporation of the City of London in the Planning and Development Department, Building Division. He has extensive
knowledge of the review and approval process of architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical plans for permits. This extensive experience is benefi cial to any project for ensuring that a building’s design and construction
comply with the Building Codes and facilitating the permit process.
