This project is a Patrol Yard for the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario, located in Ayr. The industrial pre-engineered metal building has a covered vehicle and material storage, a maintenance garage as well as 6 individual offices, along with 2 open space offices with 10 seats. Also, the space counts with a dispatch and patrol office, a dedicated drivers room and a lunch room for the office.
