This project is a Patrol Yard for the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario, located in Ayr. This industrial pre-engineered metal building is designed for both functionality and efficiency. It offers a spacious covered area for vehicle and material storage, along with a maintenance garage to support ongoing operations. The layout includes six private offices, as well as two open-plan workspaces with seating for ten. Furthermore, the building features a dispatch and patrol office, a dedicated driver’s room, and a comfortable lunchroom for employees, ensuring a well-rounded and practical environment.
