Known as Alma College to the city of St. Thomas, this is a historically significant site. Our team has worked alongside the community, client, city and stakeholders to present several options that best represent the history but also develop the site for something new. Alma College Square development will have 430 units in three 7,8, and 9 storey apartment buildings. There will be 138 surface parking spaces and 409 underground parking spaces. Phase one of the project began construction in the fall of 2019.
