The existing site currently houses a large single storey building with a mix of office/industrial and warehouse. This proposal seeks to split the site into two phases with 2 towers geared to students. The first phase will introduce apartment A adjacent to Oxford Street and will have 52 new parking spaces. Half of the existing office building will be demolished. Phase 2 will finalize the site with the construction of apartment B and the demolishion of the remainder of the existing building. Both buildings are 12 storeys. Building A has 202 units and building B has 236 units.
