The existing site currently houses a large single storey building with a mix of office/industrial and warehouse. This proposal seeks to split the site into two phases with two towers of twelve storeys geared to students. The first phase will introduce apartment A adjacent to Oxford Street along with 52 new parking spaces. Afterwards, Phase 2 will finalize the site with the construction of apartment B.
