Currently in the site plan approval phase, this development will have two 4 storey, two 8 storey, and two 9 storey apartment buildings, which will have a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, and over 750 units. To accomodate all the units, there will be 850 parking spaces underground, and over 200 parking spaces on grade.
