A complete renovation of 111,445 sf, outdated two storey long-term care nursing home, re-purposing it into a new seniors apartment complex. The project included full demolition of all interior non-loadbearing walls in the residential wings. The renovations included 112 new bachelor, one and two bedroom apartments with 17 assisted living units in a new 6,600 sf second floor addition. Amenities include a swimming pool, spa, hair salon, Doctors office, chapel, several lounges, café, full commercial kitchen and dining facilities for 200 people, games room, a 20 seat theatre and self -serve laundry facilities. Also include were renovations for a daycare tenant and numerous new landscaped gardens throughout the facility.
