As prime consultant, we designed the West Oak Animal Clinic to combine high-quality veterinary care with a clear commitment to sustainability. The clinic incorporates energy-efficient strategies, responsibly sourced materials, and a healthy indoor environment that supports both pets and staff.
Passive solar design, recycled materials, and smart building systems reduce energy use while maintaining comfort throughout the facility. Advanced veterinary technology is integrated into a calm, accessible layout that prioritizes ease of movement and a low-stress experience.
The clinic also serves as a community resource, with outdoor, pet-friendly green space that connects directly to the adjacent park. Together, these elements support West 5’s sustainability goals while enhancing everyday pet care and contributing to the surrounding neighborhood.
