200 Villagewalk Boulevard is a premier luxury office that acts as a landmark in the ever-developing Sunningdale community. The main objective was to manifest a new, functional design that exhibits the newest highest-quality construction standards. The curtain walls allow for an unobstructed view of the forest city and neighboring Sunningdale golf course. The glazing expresses the modern office program and supports daylighting as the primary source of illumination.
