Located in London, Ontario, this 50,000-square-foot facility was designed to support a high-performance automotive showroom and service center within a clear, durable architectural framework. The building brings together public-facing spaces, back-of-house operations, and staff areas in a layout that prioritizes efficiency, flexibility, and long-term use.

A hybrid steel and masonry structural system provides durability in high-demand service areas while allowing for open, light-filled showroom spaces. Interior zones—including customer lounge, service bays, and offices—are organized to support intuitive circulation and a comfortable experience for both visitors and staff.

Energy-efficient systems and integrated building technologies support the project’s sustainability goals, reinforcing a design approach that balances performance, adaptability, and responsible resource use.
