The twin apartments are a part of a proposed subdivision complete with a proposed school, homes, townhouses, and a place of worship. The focus of this project was to provide two apartment blocks that fit within the context of the new subdivision. Materials and massing successfully break down the vertical and horizontal masses of the traditional apartment volume. Currently in the site plan approval phase, this development will have two four storey apartment buildings with 82 one and two bedroom units in each building.
