Since the original project was so well received, selling out in a few months, the owners asked us to design an 84 unit apartment building, linked to the existing building. This phase is an wood framed, five storey 82,740 sf building. This project’s challenges included designing the building to tie in to the existing building on a site that sloped steeply away.
