(formerly Kingsmills) in joint venture with Diamond Schmitt Architects, the project involved retaining the existing Dundas Street facade, demolishing the existing four storey buildings while supporting the front facade and buildings either side and constructing a new six storey (plus basement), 116,000 sf building with 4 floors of Culinary Arts space, one floor of administration and two floors for IT.
