We were the prime consultant for this new hi-tech state of the art teaching facility. The building has three 28,000 sf floors and is linked to H Building with a two storey 2,200 sf link. The total gross floor area is 88,300 sf. The project also includes a separate 5,000 sf teaching greenhouse for the Landscape Department. The facility includes: two TV studios, state of the art Radio and TV production facilities, ‘6x’ Radio Station, an IT computer server room for the department, radio program academic space, edit facilities, computer labs, various size classrooms, an IT computer server room for the entire college and divisional office space.
