(formerly Westervelt College) fast track renovations of this 40,000 sf three storey plus full basement building. The new campus building offers four graduate certificate programs: Agri-Business Management, Business Management, Business and Information Systems Architecture and Retirement Residence Management. The project was built in phases under a Construction Management Agreement with D. Grant Construction Ltd. The scope included lounge space on 2 floors and in the basement, administration, open office and staff space on the ground floor and 14 classrooms / computer labs on the upper floors. It included new HVAC units, a new BAS system, new security and IT systems.
