This new corporate headquarters and credit union branch was opened in January 2003. Lambton Financial, formerly known as Polysar Lambton Credit Union was at a crossroad in its history. The company was a group of small branches that had grown to the point where they needed a building to consolidate their administrative functions. The goal was to design a building that would be an extension of their corporate philosophy. The building was to stand out from the rest and express quality, strength and uniqueness without being overly flashy. Attention to details, materials and colours was an important factor in the success of this project.
