The new LCBO project in Blue Mountain Village, Collingwood, positions the LCBO safely to overlook the picturesque Mill Pond, creating an inviting retail experience. As the prime consultant, our focus was on integrating the store seamlessly into its scenic environment while optimizing functionality and appeal. The design includes modern, open-concept retail space at the front, with large windows providing views of the village. At the back, a café tenant benefits from direct access to an outdoor seating area, enhancing the customer experience with views that merge indoor retail with the natural beauty outside. This project not only elevates the shopping experience but also supports local tourism by offering a unique blend of convenience, aesthetics, and tranquility in one of Collingwood’s most iconic settings.
