This project is a medium hazard industrial occupancy building. Philip Agar Architect Inc. was responsible for the permit and construction drawings. Our firm has a wide knowledge base of the Ontario Building Code regulations for all types of occupancies. We are successful in interpreting and communicating these code requirements in our drawings and with the city. Mr. Lube has a protoype for their automative service centres. We applied their standards and added our professional design opinions for the most optimum design.
