Located on a major arterial intersection close to the freeway towards highway 401, this project acts as a stopping point for people coming and going from London. The proposed site has an existing building, creating a tight site for 14 car drive – thru. Philip Agar Architect worked alongside the client and Starbucks to produce a building that followed the Standard Starbuck’s prototype. The exterior cladding creates a one of a kind design for this cafe.
