Working alongside the three tenants and client, Philip Agar Architect proposed a design that was robust, aesthetically appealing and within budget. As a new build with mixed occupancies, this single story pad was organized in a way that they met fire seperation regulations yet worked in conjunction with one another. The L shaped design allows for maximum storefront on the front yard along Highbury Road. This encourages pedestrians and animates the street front.
